Dreams come true and assured costs

The project developed out of the balanced, creative execution of desirable residential features (lake view, exterior space, comfort, light, economy etc.) and skilful use of inflexible conditions (building codes, distance from the woods, archaeological finds, etc.). Every unit has a floor with a view of the lake, plus ample gardens, balconies and living space. The entire structure rests on 16-metre pillars whose costs (like everything else) were planned, described and included in the cost calculations from the outset.
